When I saw the Map It Out and Greetings From photopolymer stamp sets I knew right away that I had to buy them. That's because I have family that lives 800 miles away from me and I miss them. What a fun way to let them know.
I am really loving the photopolymer stamps because you see exactly were you are stamping and you get a crisp, clean image. You can see from this card that my family lives in Kentucky and I will be sending this card to my mother. I hope she doesn't see this post before she gets the card. I stamped and cut out one of the palm trees, the sun, and the little heart and popped them up with pieces of dimensionals. The sentiment is from Really Good Greetings and it actually says Miss You Already. I didn't want the word "already" and you can omit part of a stamp by inking it with markers. However, I just cut that word right off my stamp. I doubt I would use it that way and I still have it if I decide I want to add it back. This was a fun card to do in my stamp classes to see what states their cards were going to go and to see some of the extras people put on them. One had an airplane on it, a couple of them stamped the bicycle on it, and one person had the pine trees.
