Before I get to todays card I want to let you know about a 24 hour sale Stampin’ Up! has announced this coming week. They haven’t told us yet which day it will be but am thinking maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. Check back for more details then.
Now for today’s card:
I wanted to make a fall card using the trees from Winter Woods and was inspired by a card made by demonstrator Cindy Elam. You can see Cindy’s card here. I changed up a few things to make this one my own.
The trees were stamped in Early Espresso and then sponged with Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, and Real Red ink. The Early Espresso mat was embossed with the Woodland embossing folder however it’s hard to see here. The spray of leaves at the bottom were die cut using In the Woods dies that coordinate with the stamp set. The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Greetings and punched out with Classy Label Punch.
