Over the Moon Faux Shaker Card

This card has the appearance of a shaker card but actually is not. I adore these cute cows from the stamp set Over the Moon because they just have such adorable character.

To create the card start with stamping the sentiment on the piece of checked DSP and then adhere to the mat. Die cut the black frame using the Rectangle Dies and attach using foam strips. Stamp and fussy cut the cows and add to the card.  Finish it by adding some faceted dots. To get black ones I used the black Blends marker to color some of them.
