Same Layout 3 Ways

I have a class at a community room that I have been doing for at least 13 years. When it started I came every other week and usually only from October – May since so many residents travel North for the summer. It has turned into doing the class 2 times a week, every week and I rotate doing the projects with 2 of my downline. We do meet during the summer months but only 1 time a week since the attendance is lower. Last week my 3 cards were using the same layout with different Designer Series Papers and different stamps and embossing powder. The first card uses the new Magnolia Lane DSP and stamp set. The sentiment is embossed with white embossing powder. The stamped flower is die cut after stamping and Wink of Stella added after coloring.

The 2nd and 3rd card use retired Designer Series Paper with current stamps and punches.

The sentiment is embossed with silver embossing powder. The flowers are stamped using Perennial Birthday stamp set and colored with markers.

And this card is embossed with black embossing powder. The flowers are made using the new smaller Daisy punch and new colored Vellum.

Each card had a floral element next to the sentiment. One was die cut, one was punched, and the 3rd was fussy cut. And all three cards used the same DSP to cover the envelope flap. That’s my favorite way to dress up an envelope.

3 different embossing powder stations

Everyone is always helpful in loading supplies in my car when the class is over. When I came out I found Terri taking a sit down. She’s always full of fun.

Today is my annual new catalog open house, retired product BOGO sale and customer appreciation event. I’ll be back later this week with photos from it. A lot of work but fun and my wonderful daughter is doing most of the food for me. Lucky mom.

Have a beautiful weekend.

Beth
