Two things I love … a new Stampin' Up catalog and my Stampin' Up customers so my open house is a great way to celebrate both.
Every year I hold an open house to showcase new stamp sets and products from the new annual catalog, sell things that have retired, and treat my customers to some freebies, make & take cards, food and fun.
This year I offered my customers an opportunity to clear out some of the stamp sets they don't use anymore by puttig them in my retired product sale. For any of their items that sold they got credit towards new products. Several people took advantage of this and not only have more space for new stamps but also credit to get those new stamps. It's almost like getting for free
I didn't get photos of everyone who came. I wish I had but with a house full of people and so much going on it was a bit hectic. I also didn't get any photos of the food but there was a counter full of goodies which my sweet daughter, Lynn Ann, helped me prepare.
Included in the freebies were a sheet with color combinations using the new InColors, a wish list, a bookmark with the new InColors, my coupon sheet of monthly specials, and the little boxes filled with lemon drops made with our Clear Tiny Treat Boxes and a stamped and punched daisy.
It was a great day. For my customers who are up north for the summer, you were missed!
Have fun looking through the new catalog and keep that wish list handy. Check back later in the week for my list of favoriite new things.
