People send more birthday cards than for any other reason and this card just says it's time to celebrate! And the stamp set is called Birthday Celebration. I love that there is a new balloon punch that coordinates with the two different sizes of balloons. I do like fussy cutting images but when you are doing a lot of cards having a punch makes it so much easier and faster too. I played around for awhile with this set and discovered that I liked the balloons a lighter, softer shade of ink so I inked up the stamp and stamped off lightly on scrap before stamping on my cardstock. See the photo below that shows the comparison of straight ink and stamped off ink. I used the new Wink of Stella glimmer brush on the balloons but it's hard to see in the photo.
