Can you guess what this gal's skirt is made from? It's not Designer Series Paper. It came already pleated. And it has silver foil on the inside. Give up? It's a cupcake paper. I saw a similar card online and happened to have these cupcake papers so just had to make one. The paper is folded in half and I then folded one side of it under just a little so that it wouldn't extend beyond the sides of the card and would fit into an envelope. The boots were stamped once in black and once in red. I then cut out the red stars and attached to the black boots. I used Mini Glue Dots to attach the cupcake paper skits to the card and to attach the ribbon bow. The boots stamp has the words "Kick up your Heels" at the bottom. I cut the words apart from the stamp and use them separately.
