My Paper Pumpkin – Big Changes Coming
There are BIG CHANGES coming to My Paper Pumpkin kits! When Stampin’ Up! introduced My Paper Pumpkin last year many people joined and several dropped, unhappy with the items in the kits. I had never joined as the kit ideas just didn't quite appeal to my stamping style. Stampin’ Up! has listened and, beginning with the February kit, has stepped up the quality of items in the kits. We were able to see the February and March kits (but not allowed to take pictures) – and I have to say that they are really great. So great that I signed up right on the spot and can hardly wait to get mine. If these are any indication of what’s to come with My Paper Pumpkin, you’ll want to sign up now (www.mypaperpumpkin.com, and indicate me as your demonstrator). If you have never signed up before you will receive the starter kit as your first kit. If you signed up and dropped you will NOT get the starter kit again but will get the next monthly kit. Each month a new kit will be shipped to you. The subscription is $19.95 per month (no shipping or tax).
Sign up for a Paper Pumpkin membership by February 10, and you’ll get a FREE set of 2012-2014 In Color Stampin’ Write Markers!
Coming Soon: Alcohol markers in 12 Stampin' Up! colors
Blendabilities
I had the opportunity to try out the new alcohol markers when I was in Houston. They are called Blendabilities and come in sets of three markers ranging in color from light to dark. The set will sell for $11.95. There is also a set of 6 skin tone markers ranging from ivory to mocha, a color lifter marker, and a black ink pad that works with them. Stampin' Up! tried the markers with all kinds of papers and found that our very own white cardstock is the best paper of all. These markers will be available sometime soon so be watching for that announcement. I am very excited about these new markers.
New Personalized Stamps
Another sneak peek last week were the new personalized stamps – with a monogram and customize wording (anything you want), to be available at the end of January. These will be photopolymer. And speaking of photopolymer stamps, they will begin to ship in the DVD cases. Woo hoo.
Thanks for stopping by,
