Designer Clothespins

Altered clothespins are shown with the Gingham Garden Washi Tape in the catalog (page 171) and I thought they were so cute I decided to make some. At first I put the tape directly on the clothespin but I thought it didn't show up very well so I added a strip of white cardstock first using Sticky Strip. Then just added the Washi Tape, trimmed the edges, and embellished them. There are magnets attached to the back of the clothespin so that they can be used on the refrigerator. Put them in a cello bag, add a topper and you have a great little gift that anyone would love to receive.

Gingham Garden Washi Tape – $4.95. 3 designs, each 5 yards

Misc: Papillion Potpourri Stamp Set, Banner Greetings Stamp Set, Gingham Garden DSP, Pearls, Cello Bag, Daffodil Delight Cardstock, Assorted Buttons and Ribbons

Tonight was the Homecoming dance at my grandson's school. This was taken when they went out to dinner before the dance.

Have a blessed Sunday and a very special happy birthday to my mom.
