I love butterflies and Stampin’ Up! certainly has some beautiful butterfly stamps. This large stamp came out in a previous mini catalog but I didn’t get it until just recently. I had fun making this card and know you will be seeing much more of it from me in the future. For this card I heat embossed the butterfly and the sentiment with Pool Party embossing powder. The butterfly stamp is actually quite large but I like the look of using just a portion of it and I purposely stamped it a bit off center and tilted. Add a little bling and you have a quick, easy card.

I mentioned I got a bit of a sunburn yesterday …. that is an understatement. I am cooked! Bright lobster red. I look like a tourist ’cause they tend to not realize how easily you can burn at the beach. I’ve lived here over 40 years. Should have known better. Just saying.
