This card was designed by Canadian demonstrator Eva Gail Lowe. When I saw it on our demonstraor website I knew I wanted to make it. I love how the surprise of the big floating butterfly inside the card. We made it in a class this week and everyone loved it.

And inside the card …..

My sentiment is from the retired stamp set Word Play. Another great option is "Live the Life you've Imagined" from Really Good Greetings Stamp Set. The only thing attached to the card on this big butterfly is the body. I then folded the wings in and left them to "float" when the card is opened. To make the clouds, make a mask by punching out 3 or 4 scallop circles and attach them together staggering them a bit. Then lay them on your card and sponge over the top of them. Repeat this after moving the mask down and turning it a little more and sponging above it being sure you leave some of the white area created in the previous step. The butterflies were inked using markers. To create the two-tone leaves along the bottom ink the stamp and stamp twice on your cardstock before reinking.
