Don't you just love polka dots? This card was fun to make. I used the polka dot DSP from the Regal Color Collection Paper Stack, the polka dot leaf from Wonderfall stamp set, and the polka dot embossing folder. Because the Dahlia is an outline stamp I wanted the leaves to have that same look so I used a black marker to outline them. The dahlia was stamped three times and cut out in different layers, each layer a bit smaller than the one below. Each layer is attached with dimensionals. The flower center is a retired large brad. A button is another good choice for the center.
